The value of a UPCS/100% inspection is determined by the quality of the inspector. Property Insight LLC employs highly regarded professional Inspectors. All inspectors are REAC certified and actively complete REAC inspections. As a result, they know the protocol and are always updated to changes. They go through continual quality assurance monitoring to ensure their knowledge. Our Services Include:
REPORTING: A complete report listing 100% of deficiencies found during the inspection. This will allow your team to systematically correct all problems.
EDUCATION: At least one person must accompany the inspector and more are welcome. This provides an opportunity to observe the inspection process and to learn what HUD does and does not look for. Questions are always welcome during the inspection process so you can learn “why” a deficiency is recorded the way it is and “where” it should be recorded.
PRIORITIZATION: All deficiencies will be ranked exactly as the REAC inspection does. Thus, allowing you to prioritize your resources to fix the most important items based on HUD’s scoring system. Also during the inspection process, you will be told areas to monitor because they are common problem areas. As a result, even if there is not a problem the day of the inspection, we will try to make sure there are no problems there arise that can hurt you on future inspections.
QUALITY: You will be hiring one of the countries most qualified and thorough inspectors who knows the protocol. A preinspection is only as good as the inspector doing the inspection. |
