Option 1: SUBCONTRACTOR PROGRAM

The inspector provides their own insurance as required by HUD.  Property Insight LLC works as the liaison between the inspector and HUD to provide the following services:

• Working with HUD to complete the bidding, compiling property contact information, scheduling (can be done by inspector if he or she chooses to do it), updating the HUD Secure Server, mailing confirmation letter, handling any problems with posted inspections, billing HUD for accepted inspections, paying inspectors on a weekly basis for accepted inspections.

Option 2: EMPLOYEE PROGRAM

Under this option, Property Insight LLC provides all necessary insurances, adds the inspector the our corporate policy and submits it to HUD as required.  In addition, we provide all the services offered to subcontractors.  Most importantly, the inspector get private access to the training section of our website which provides training videos, photo albums with reference photos, and other experiences inspectors to discuss questions with.
